HBS Mentoring Program
The HBS Mentoring Program is dedicated to establishing and cultivating strong relationships within the firm in order to facilitate the professional, business, and personal development of all participating HBS attorneys. It is our expectation that the Program will develop firm leaders, increase our attorneys' understanding of the firm, and its areas of practice, enhance our working relationships, and assure the attorneys become more responsive to our clients ever-changing needs.
Participation in the Mentoring Program is mandatory for first and second year associates and voluntary for all others.
The Summer Associate Program is designed to provide a realistic picture of life as an HBS associate, and to assess each participant’s ability to contribute to our firm. Summer associates work on a variety of substantive assignments in numerous practice areas, affording them the opportunity to interact with attorneys throughout the firm. We believe that a hands-on experience is the most beneficial for our summer associates.
HBS seeks well-rounded, intelligent, and academically superior candidates who will make a positive and meaningful contribution to our firm, and take pride in continuing our commitment to serve our clients with excellence. We conduct on-campus interviews of students who have completed their first year of law school and generally hire a selective number from those interviewed.
