As part of our firm culture, HBS believes in accentuating the positive. Based on the book Whale Done by Ken Blanchard, the firm has implemented our internal Whale Done Program. At the start of his or her employment at the firm, each employee is given the book to review in order to become acquainted with our culture of positive reinforcement and redirection of negative situations.
As part of this program, we encourage and applaud employees and attorneys of every level when they exemplify top performances for the benefit of the firm and its clients by rewarding them with prizes including paid time off. There is no limit to how many employees can receive Whale Done gifts - we recognize any and every deserving employee.
