Eric represents employers in Title VII claims for discrimination and retaliation. He has represented entities before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in Georgia courts. He has successfully defended employers on sex, race, and national origin discrimination claims and retaliation claims. Eric also advises and represents clients on employee separation matters and related issues.
