Eric represents both private and public employers and individuals a variety of employment matters. He has represented and successfully defended employers in Title VII claims based upon claims of discrimination and retaliation. He has represented entities before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), other governmental agencies, and in Georgia courts. Eric also advises and represents clients and employers on employee separation matters, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secret and confidentially issues, and related matters.
