Mr. Williams has over 25 years of civil trial experience. He is a member of the professional negligence and general liability practice groups. Mr. Williams focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, commercial litigation, premise liability and product liability matters. In addition, Mr. Williams has extensive experience in construction defect claims involving catastrophic losses. As a former city attorney, Mr. Williams has handled numerous zoning and land use cases as well as government employment matters and civil rights litigation.
Mr. Williams represents physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare workers in medical malpractice lawsuits. He leverages his contacts in the healthcare industry to identify the most qualified experts to assist in the defense of medical malpractice cases. Mr. Williams has successfully represented numerous healthcare providers in a variety of disciplines.
