Don Brown is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University’s College of Law in 2010. While in law school, Don received numerous CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in multiple classes. He also served as Legislative – Associate Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and on Moot Court.
Don represents long-term care facilities in regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters, and has been involved in bringing about successful resolutions to a variety of claims against nursing homes ranging from professional malpractice to premises liability.
As a member of the General Liability Practice Group, Don has assisted clients in a variety of general liability claims, including premises liability and personal injury matters. Don has defended a large number of premises liability matters ranging from negligent security cases to slip-and-fall actions.
Don is actively involved in the Professional Malpractice and Ethics litigation group. His practice focuses on representing attorneys and law firms in every facet of malpractice litigation arising out of a wide variety of underlying legal matters, including real estate, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, trusts and estates, contracts and workers’ compensation.
