HBS welcomes Lisa Bashinsky as a new associate in the Nashville office. Ms. Bashinksy will join the HBS Healthcare and Transactional practice groups. Ms. Bashinsky received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. She also completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters in Education at Vanderbilt. While in law school, she served as the managing editor of the Vanderbilt  Journal of Entertainment and Technology and earned a certificate of specialization in Law and Business.

“We are very excited to have Lisa on board because she brings an extensive transactional background to fill out our corporate practice group,”  said Karl Braun, managing partner of HBS Nashville office. “While her experience will lend itself immediately to the benefit of our Healthcare clients, she has already begun to be a valuable resource for our other business clients in all areas including the entertainment industry. From small business entrepreneurs to larger corporate entities, her experience fits perfectly into the firm's growth plans.”

Prior to law school, Ms. Bashinsky served as a marketing associate in both Houston and Nashville working closely with large public companies such as Enron, Invesco Aim, and Bowne, as well as with private companies and government entities. Before joining HBS, she was an associate at McKenzie Laird, PLLC, working on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and securities offerings.
