Abigail Castleberry is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith. She received her B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she was the Executive Editor of the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review. Ms. Castleberry was also admitted into the Order of the Samaritans and received the Dean’s Community Service Award for her dedication to community service and pro bono legal services.

Before joining HBS, Ms. Castleberry was a Staff Attorney with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, where she gained significant federal appellate experience.
