Roberta Sanfratel is a Paralegal in the Birmingham office of Hall Booth Smith where she specializes in medical malpractice defense matters.

Since 2002, Roberta has worked as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury, construction law and medical malpractice, as well as cases brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. She also has previous experience in compliance and financial fraud investigations.

Roberta enjoys using her investigative skills to assist her attorneys with early case assessment and investigation. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, case evaluations, hearings and trials.

Roberta graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1998 and received her ABA-approved paralegal certificate from Samford University in 2003. A native of Birmingham, Roberta enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and her two German Shepherds.
