Biography

Saili Hernandez is an associate in our Tampa office, focusing her practice on general liability matters.

Formerly a summer associate with HBS, Saili also worked as a legal researcher and writer with ERMProtect Cybersecurity Solutions, where she focused on cybersecurity regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging legal trends affecting the technology sector in both Florida and New York. Additionally, Saili gained invaluable experience as an intern for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven at the U.S. Federal District Court and as a Legal and Compliance Intern with GTE Financial Credit Union.

Saili earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University. While there, she was a senior associate for the Stetson Business Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of South Florida.

California Privacy Agency’s First Enforcement Action Against Honda

On March 12, 2025, the California Privacy Protection Agency (“Agency”) announced a settlement with American Honda Motor Company, marking the Agency’s first enforcement under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA” or “Act).
