Scott is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. concentrating on the defense of transportation and general casualty litigation. Scott was raised in a small town in Central Illinois, and joined the United States Army JAG Corps following law school where he acted as a Command Judge Advocate, Special Assistant United States Attorney, and claims attorney for the Army’s South America, Central America and the Caribbean.  Following his service in the JAG Corps, Scott joined an AV rated law firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where he focused on the defense of personal injury, transportation, and general liability litigation. Scott has tried multiple jury trials to successful verdicts
