Overview

To address the alarming epidemic of mass shootings and other violent incidents in the United States, Hall Booth Smith created a dedicated Security Assessment & Active Shooter Strategic Team to help clients prepare for these emerging threats while also protecting the safety of employees, customers, company assets, and the community.

Our Security Assessment & Active Shooter team includes attorneys who previously served in the military and civilian law enforcement, nurse paralegals, and other professionals with medical training as well as former federal and state prosecutors and seasoned attorneys who are experienced in crisis management and complex litigation.
