Ryan P. Blue is Of Counsel in our office in Rogers, Arkansas, and he has over a quarter of a century of legal experience. He protects the rights of clients inside the courtroom and is also retained by parties for alternative resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
Ryan concentrates his practice on business transactions, corporate and partnership matters, a wide range of complex business litigation, and government affairs. He also advises clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning and administration.
Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Ryan was a Partner at a firm in historic downtown Rogers, Arkansas, that has served clients in Northwest Arkansas for over 40 years. He also teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Northwest Arkansas Community College, teaching courses on civil pre-trial and litigation in the Paralegal Department. Earlier in his career, he was an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services where he represented the state in court-involved foster care cases. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Arkansas Office of the Attorney General.
Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and clerked in the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General. He also completed a Master of Divinity from Multnomah Biblical Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in American Studies from Harding University.
He has served on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Northwest Arkansas and is a past president of Micah’s House NWA.
