Biography

Russell Alexander Preston is an associate in our Atlanta office, where he practices in business litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation matters.

Before joining HBS, Russell worked as an attorney with a local Marietta firm, earning experience in real estate transaction disputes, business formation, and complex litigation matters. During law school, he completed the Advanced Dispute Resolution externship and received a certification in General Civil Mediation.

Russell earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University.
