Hall Booth Smith Charlotte is excited to welcome Partner W. Clark Goodman, an experienced litigation attorney and business advisor with over 25 years of experience representing organizations and individuals in complex litigation and arbitration.

Clark’s practice has included complex commercial disputes, from royalty claims under IP licensing agreements to trade secret misappropriation, unfair trade practices, business dissolutions, and corporate control disputes; representing local and state governmental bodies and public officials; defending insurance coverage and bad faith claims; defending personal injury and property damage claims, including environmental and toxic tort exposure claims; and representing financial service institutions.

Prior to joining HBS, Clark served as a firm leader at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he was a member of the firm management committee, office managing partner, office litigation team leader, and budget committee chair. He is also an adjunct professor on Domestic and International Arbitration at Wake Forest School of Law.

“We are thrilled to have Clark join the team and look forward to achieving great success together,” said Richard Sheinis, managing partner of the Charlotte office.
