HBS Charleston Receives 2024 Best Places to Work in South Carolina Award

Hall Booth Smith Charleston was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina, placing 26th on the large employer category. This is the eighteenth annual Best Places to Work in South Carolina program in partnership with Best Companies Group.

This award recognizes the best employers in the state of South Carolina and is made up of 108 total companies. Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
