HBS Attorneys Selected to the 2024 Oklahoma Super Lawyers and Rising Stars List

HBS is proud to announce that Super Lawyers has recognized Oklahoma City Partner Shawn Arnold to its 2024 Oklahoma Super Lawyers list, along with Partner Chance Holland on the Rising Stars list.

Shawn Arnold

Shawn was recognized to the Super Lawyers list for the fifteenth year for his exceptional defense work in civil litigation. With over 35 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts, he represents individuals and businesses in cases involving personal injury, property damage, construction defects, automobile and trucking, and insurance matters. Shawn has extensive experience in the preparation of trial and appellate level briefs, successful mediations and settlements, and having first chaired over fifty jury trials.

Chance Holland

Chance was honored as a Rising Star for his second consecutive year for his defense work in medical malpractice. Over the last decade, Chance has focused his practice almost exclusively on medical practice and healthcare professionals. Through this practice, he has acquired substantial jury trial experience. As a result of his rural Oklahoma upbringing coupled with the professional mentorship he received early in his legal career, he is comfortable in the courtroom and effective in presenting his clients’ defenses to Oklahoma jurors from all walks of life.
