Michael D. Burt
Biography
Michael Burt is a Partner at Hall Booth Smith’s West Palm Beach Office. Michael is Board Certified as a Specialist in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in the state of Florida, with emphasis on medical malpractice defense on behalf of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers.
He is admitted to practice to the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Military Appeals and the United States Air Force Court of Military Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 1985.
