Michael Peterzell
Biography
Michael Peterzell is an Associate in our Atlanta office, where he focuses his practice on appellate, business litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and transportation matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Michael worked as an attorney at a local firm, where he handled cases for major international airlines, risk managers, and insurance carriers in complex tort and contract litigation in state and federal court. He also argued and won multiple dispositive motions for clients and protected interests at all stages of litigation.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, where he was a member of the Health Law Partnership Legal Clinic with Emory Medical School. He was also selected to represent the university as one of the select few law students at the North American Law Summit. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History from the University of Georgia.
