John R. Petillo
Biography
John Petillo is an Associate in our Red Bank office where he focuses on construction, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and professional malpractice and ethics matters.
Prior to joining HBS, John clerked for the Honorable David F. Bauman, P.J.Cr., with the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Criminal Division. He was also an assistant prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, where he was assigned to the Domestic Violence Unit and Adult Trial Unit. He was responsible for managing numerous criminal cases from inception through trial.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University and his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Business Administration and Finance from Marist College.
