Tate Roush
Biography
Tate Roush is an associate in our Oklahoma City office, focusing his practice in medical malpractice, correctional healthcare, and general liability defense.
Prior to joining HBS, Tate worked as an associate at a full-service law firm in Bedford, Texas, where he gained experience in transactional, real estate, probate, and construction law, while also developing expertise in the Texas parole process, representing inmates across the state before the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Additionally, Tate served as an escrow officer in the firm, closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. While in law school, he served as a legal intern for the Attorney General of Texas in the Consumer Protection Division and the Bexar County Civil District Court in the Staff Attorney office in San Antonio, Texas.
Tate received his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, golfing, being outdoors, and cheering on the University of Oklahoma sports teams.
