Kendall M. Smith
Biography
Kendall M. Smith is an associate in the Charlotte office. Her practice focuses on general liability, insurance coverage and premises liability matters.
She gained first-hand experience in these practice areas when she was a summer associate with HBS. In this role she worked on high-profile client matters, drafted legal briefs, and contributed to strategic decision-making processes. Before becoming a lawyer, Kendall worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 6 years in a variety of roles.
Kendall received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, where she was the symposium editor for First Amendment Law Review Journal. She completed her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
