Hall Booth Smith Charlotte is excited to welcome Attorneys Kendall M. Smith and Connor Wiseman to its office.

About the Attorneys

Kendall M. Smith

Kendall practices in general liability, insurance coverage and premises liability matters. She gained first-hand experience in these practice areas when she was a summer associate with HBS. In this role she worked on high-profile client matters, drafted legal briefs, and contributed to strategic decision-making processes. Before becoming a lawyer, Kendall worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 6 years in a variety of roles.

Connor Wiseman

Connor focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, general liability litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters. He represents insurers, healthcare providers, and other clients in complex civil litigation, offering strategic counsel and tailored solutions to meet their needs. A graduate of George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, Connor gained valuable experience as a staff member of the Journal of Law Economics and Policy and through internships, including with the Alaska Department of Law’s Civil Division.

“We are thrilled to have such talented and enthusiastic attorneys such as Kendall and Connor join the team,” said Rich Sheinis, managing partner of the Charlotte office.
