Mallory P. Broberg
Biography
Mallory Broberg is an associate in our Nashville office, who practices in aging services, business litigation, general liability, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Mallory was an associate at a domestic relations law firm in Washington. D.C., which focused on complex divorce litigation. In addition, she previously worked as a paralegal at a criminal defense firm and has also worked as a summer law clerk in Uppsala, Sweden at a human rights law firm.
Mallory received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University with a concentration in Family Law and Estate Planning. She was active in her student body, serving as the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. She also participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, which provides survivors of domestic violence with direct representation as well as legal and extra-legal support. Mallory earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice, Law and Society from The George Washington University.
