HBS Alpharetta Welcomes Attorney Taylor Kogan
Hall Booth Smith Alpharetta welcomes Attorney Charles Taylor Kogan to the firm, who focuses his practice on real estate matters, business transactions, construction, and bankruptcy creditors’ rights.
Prior to joining HBS, he was an attorney at a local full-service law firm, where he gained experience in commercial transactions, assisting residential builders, general residential closings, and real estate matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kennesaw State University.
“Taylor will be a great addition to our office, we are excited to have him join Alpharetta,” said Denise Weiner, managing partner of the Alpharetta office.
