HBS Asheville Adds Associate Jacquelyn Miner
ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to welcome Associate Jacquelyn Miner to its Asheville office.
Jacquelyn Miner focuses her practice on general liability, governmental liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and professional malpractice and ethics. Prior to joining HBS, Jacquelyn worked as an Associate for a local law firm where she gained experience in family law, estate planning, administration and probate, landlord/tenant disputes, creditor rights, and construction matters. She also worked with Pisgah Legal Services, where she focused on the Domestic Violence Prevention and Homelessness Prevention projects.
Jacquelyn earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she earned the CLEA Outstanding Clinical Student Award as well as the Public Service Award. She also provided over 600 hours in clinical services, advocating for veterans in the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic and the Elder Law Clinic. Jacquelyn also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Mars Hill University.
