Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is thrilled to announce the addition of three attorneys to its Atlanta office. The firm welcomes Mary Scarlett, Danny Muhanna, and Ahamefula Christian “Aham” Nwosu to their legal team.

About the Attorneys

Mary Scarlett

Mary Scarlett practices in aging services, health care, and medical malpractice matters. Formerly a summer associate with HBS, she also acted as a corporate counsel legal extern at Blue Bird Company, earning experience in contract, corporate, and regulatory compliance law. She also served as a congressional intern with the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.

Danny Muhanna

Danny Muhanna focuses his practice in medical malpractice and premise liability matters. Before joining HBS, he interned for the Honorable Craig Schwall in Fulton County Superior Court. He also gained experience as a summer associate at a boutique real estate law firm.

Ahamefula Christian “Aham” Nwosu

Ahamefula Nwosu practices in general liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Prior to joining HBS, Aham worked as an assistant district attorney for the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a youth advocate counselor with JBS Mental Health Authority.
