Benjamin D. Davis
Biography
Benjamin Davis is an associate in our Little Rock office, who practices in business litigation, general liability, labor & employment, and workers’ compensation matters.
Previously a summer associate with Hall Booth Smith, Benjamin also externed for the Honorable Billy Roy Wilson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Additionally, he clerked at several other local law firms, where he gained experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and employment law. Between undergrad and starting law school, Ben worked as an underwriter at a bank, assisting with the Paycheck Protection Program application process for the Small Business Administration.
A native of Benton, AR, Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Arkansas.
