Jeffrey D. Present
Biography
Jeffrey D. Present is a partner in our Long Island office, where he focuses his practice in appellate, general liability, and insurance coverage matters.
For over 30 years, Jeffrey has represented a variety of insurance companies in declaratory judgment actions at the New York Trial and Appellate levels as well as in the U.S. District Courts. He has experience trying cases in almost every county within the First and Second Judicial Departments, primarily involving automobile accidents and premises liability actions.
Jeffrey is often invited to present seminars to insurance company personnel and claims managers on the issues of arbitration, insurance coverage, and defense of tort litigation. He has also been on the faculty of three CLE programs on trial and deposition practices administered by the New York State Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pace University and his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College of the City University of New York.
