Justyn M. Coddington
Biography
Justyn M. Coddington is an associate in our Paramus office, and concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense for clients of all sizes.
Justyn handles all aspects of litigation from the inception of the complaint through discovery, motions, depositions, expert witness preparation, objections, and court appearances. He also represents clients in settlement conferences and Ferreira conferences, and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
Prior to realizing his goal in pursuing a medical malpractice career, he was an associate attorney at a firm in Eatontown, New Jersey. He served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael Paul Wright, J.S.C., in the Family Division of Morris County courts, and was a clinical law student at the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic.
Justyn earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, where he was a member of the executive board for the Public Interest Law Student Association and student director for the Honorable Morris Stern Bankruptcy Clinic. He also completed a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in criminal justice from Rutgers University.
