Biography

Lauren Spears Gresh is a Partner in our Charleston office who concentrates her practice in the health care industry with an emphasis on medical malpractice litigation, dental malpractice, and professional malpractice and ethics. She defends hospitals, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals in a wide variety of claims.

Lauren also represents medical professionals in matters before respective licensing boards and peer review committees as well as with handling matters involving regulatory compliance. Lauren has represented health care providers in all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigation through to trial and appeal.

She has been recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Star and South Carolina Legal Elite in medical malpractice. Lauren is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia.
