Biography

Lindsay A. Harper is an Associate in our Charleston office, and she concentrates her practice on dental, medical malpractice, and health care litigation defense. She also represents clients in professional malpractice and ethics matters.

Earlier in her career, Lindsay served as a summer law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Charleston, and she was a system developer analyst at Accenture. She also helped build, implement, and validate clinician workflows as an implementation specialist for a national post-acute health care system.

Lindsay earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Charleston School of Law. She served as Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review and was named to the Dean’s List every semester.

She also received a CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing and was a student member of the Charleston School of Law’s Judicial Board. Lindsay was a Medical University of South Carolina Presidential Scholar, a program which fosters inter-professional communications and discussion on complex health care issues. She also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame.
