Lindsey Hodge

Biography

Lindsey Hodge is our eDiscovery Manager, and she has nearly two decades of experience overseeing complex eDiscovery projects. Based in our office in Little Rock, Arkansas, Lindsey works with teams across all of our locations to support their eDiscovery needs for litigation, trial preparation, and other legal matters.

Since she began working in the legal field in 2003, Lindsey has held increasingly senior eDiscovery roles in all aspects of litigation, and she previously served as a litigation paralegal, trial specialist, and a legal project manager.

Lindsey works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and an in-house counsel and IT professionals to oversee eDiscovery including preservation, data collection and processing, search term development and analysis, review analytics and structuring, budgeting, and production of electronically stored information in compliance with court rules and industry standards.

She also develops and manages HBS’ processes and procedures for the eDiscovery group and has strong project management, technology, and data analysis skills. She often handles numerous complex projects simultaneously and manages each project efficiently and cost-effectively to deliver the best results for our clients.

Lindsey has both the technical expertise and legal experience to offer superior eDiscovery support to attorneys and clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies across the nation to local and regional small and medium-sized businesses. Her extensive knowledge of electronically stored information (ESI) and the processes and procedures necessary for handling both large and small volumes of data are a valuable asset to all HBS clients. Clients often call on Lindsey to consult and provide advice on how to develop their own internal policies and procedures for data management and processing.

Lindsey attended Louisiana State University for Accounting and Pre-Law. Her undergraduate studies focused on auditing, logistics, and operations management.
