Michael A. Dial
Biography
Michael A. Dial is an Associate in our Oklahoma City office, and he focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, health care, aging services, transportation, and general liability.
Before joining HBS, Mike was an attorney at other firms in Oklahoma and Texas where he specialized in personal injury, wrongful death, and underinsured/uninsured motorist cases. He also has more than a decade of experience working in health care as a radiologic technologist and understands the pressures and complexities that health care providers face. He brings this knowledge and experience to bear in every client matter.
Mike earned a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate Degree in Applied Science as a radiologic technologist at Oklahoma State University at Oklahoma City.
Experience
Mike has over ten years of experience in the health care profession and previously worked as a radiologic technologist. His first-hand insights on injuries, treatment plans, procedures, and medical terminology allow him to better understand the pressures and challenges that physicians and other health care providers face in medical malpractice litigation and other liability claims.
