K. Stanton Kincaid
Biography
Stanton Kincaid is an Associate in our Alpharetta office who primarily focuses his practice on general liability and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Stanton was an associate attorney who represented developers and property owners in zoning and land use entitlement litigation, including a successful appellate practice that resulted in favorable case law for property owners. He also served as Assistant District Attorney in Coweta County, where he was regularly in the courtroom arguing numerous bond and motion hearings and trying multiple cases.
Stanton earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he was a part of the Georgia Law Review. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
