Hall Booth Smith celebrates as it has named six new partners, all of which have shown incredible commitment, insight, and dedication to serving their clients’ needs. With their expertise spanning a multitude of practice areas, the addition of these six partners further solidifies Hall Booth Smith’s position in delivering top-tier legal services and reinforces its mission to consistently exceed expectations.

Joining the firm’s partnership ranks are Stephen D. Delk of the Tifton office, Tony A. DiCarlo, III of the Little Rock office, Kathryn Dunnam Harden of the Tallahassee office, Richard “Wells” Littlefield of the Brunswick office, Michael R. Haigler of the Jacksonville office, and Jordan Johnson of the Atlanta office.

About the New Partners

Stephen Delk’s practice areas include general liability, premises liability, governmental liability, transportation, medical malpractice/professional negligence, and retail and hospitality liability. He is licensed to practice in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Tony DiCarlo specializes in business litigation, personal injury defense, and medical malpractice defense, as well as a vast array of property and casualty related matters. He is also a licensed mediator. Prior to joining HBS, Tony practiced at reputable firms in both Arkansas and Louisiana where he developed a growing civil litigation defense practice.

Kathryn Dunnam Harden focuses her practice on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers against medical malpractice claims. Katie also handles long term care cases as well as other professional liability matters, including the representation of attorneys and the like.

Richard “Wells” Littlefield’s practice primarily focuses on litigation defense in the areas of medical malpractice, correctional health care, nursing home, transportation, and general liability matters. He is a former Air Force officer and combat veteran with more than 22 years of combined experience in law, project management, and business leadership to HBS.

Michael Haigler focuses his practice on the representation of health care providers, including physicians, mid-level providers, and their respective practice groups, along with health care institutions. Michael has successfully defended healthcare providers in both jury trials and arbitration proceedings throughout Florida. In addition to medical malpractice defense, Michael has represented clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation.

Jordan Johnson specializes in aging services and health care matters. His practice features a wide range of regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters, including the full spectrum of issues healthcare providers face such as reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and administrative hearings and appeals.
