Brad Carver’s 40 under 40 win featured in Buckhead Patch

North Buckhead resident Brad Carver was named to Georgia Trend magazine’s “40 Under 40” list.

Senior managing director of Hall Booth Smith  government affairs practice, Carver, is featured in the magazine’s October issue along with two other employees of the law firm, Patrick Millsaps and Rufus Montgomery, according to a news release from the firm.

Carver’s other practice areas include environmental, international and business litigation, the news release said. Carver’s work on Georgia’s water debate with Tennessee has taken him from the courtroom to the History Channel as a legal expert on the issue. Before joining HBS, Carver served in the U.S. Army in Bosnia and Iraq and was awarded the meritorious service medal and the Bronze Star for exceptional service during combat. He’s a major and senior legal opinions attorney in the U.S. Army Reserves.
