Of Counsel Tiffiny Montenegro Joins HBS Brunswick
Hall Booth Smith is delighted to welcome Of Counsel Tiffiny Montenegro to its Brunswick office.
Tiffiny practices in all areas of medical malpractice defense, correctional facility defense, general civil litigation, and appellate matters. During her time as an attorney she has practiced in all areas of criminal and civil litigation, specializing in medical malpractice and correctional facility defense. Licensed in both Georgia and Michigan, she has tried numerous bench and jury trials throughout her career.
Prior to joining HBS, Tiffiny was the Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney with the Brunswick Judicial Circuit where she was responsible for prosecuting all felony cases that occurred in Wayne County. Formerly, she was with the Cass County Prosecutor’s Office in Cassopolis, Michigan. There, she handled primarily murder and criminal sexual conduct matters but also worked in family court on neglect, abuse, and juvenile cases.
