Longtime Firm Leader Nina Tickaradze Named to Chief Operating Officer of Hall Booth Smith
Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to announce that longtime leader Nina Tickaradze has been named Chief Operating Officer to oversee the firm’s daily business and administrative operations in support of the law firm’s continued and long-term growth strategy. Prior to this appointment, she served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer with the firm, among other increasingly senior roles since joining HBS in 2008.
In this new role, Tickaradze will oversee the firm’s business operations activities and serve as the day-to-day representative to the Management Committee, while working closely with the Managing Partner and the Executive Committee. Her work will focus on strengthening the firm’s strategic initiatives dedicated to growth. She will drive operational efficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to sustain HBS’s competitive edge in the legal industry.
To further position HBS for future success, Tickaradze will lead initiatives aimed at modernizing the firm’s technology infrastructure, refining client service delivery models, and enhancing internal talent development programs. Under her leadership, the firm will also expand its presence in high-growth markets and establish strategic alliances that reinforce its industry leadership. These efforts will ensure that HBS remains at the forefront of innovation and client satisfaction.
Throughout her 17 years with the firm, Tickaradze has been instrumental in helping HBS set and execute its business plans, expand to new locations, and add practice groups and strategic teams. Hall Booth Smith has grown to become one of the largest 150 firms in the nation and one of the fastest-growing full-service firms, with more than 400 attorneys across 31 offices in 12 states.
“Nina has great expertise and knowledge of our operational strengths, as well as our opportunities for continued improvement and growth,” said Alex Booth, Managing Partner of Hall Booth Smith. “After many years of valuable leadership and positive operational impacts, we are thrilled to have Nina serve as COO of Hall Booth Smith.”
In addition to her long experience in the legal sector, Tickaradze has also led entrepreneurial and philanthropic endeavors. She is also the Founder of the Georgia to Georgia Foundation (GA2GE), a nonprofit that supports business, education, and cultural exchanges between the country of Georgia and the state of Georgia; and she serves as Co-Chair of the Atlanta-Tbilisi Sister City Committee.
