Hall Booth Smith Opens Red Bank, NJ Office With Four New Attorneys
Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) continues to expand across the Northeast with a new office in Red Bank, New Jersey.
The Red Bank office is located at 328 Newman Springs Road, strategically located near the Garden State Parkway. This new location complements HBS’s other New Jersey locations as the firm brings its full-service capabilities to clients throughout the state.

Joseph F. Herbert III is a Partner in our Red Bank, New Jersey office and the Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group. As a practicing litigator since the mid-90s, Joe has participated in and supervised all facets of a civil litigation caseload, as both defendant’s and plaintiff’s counsel, in both state and federal court. He has extensive experience in high value, high profile cases, including multi-million dollar construction defect cases, wrongful death/murder, premises security, fire, Dram Shop, personal injury, property damage, contract, lease review and negotiation, and some medical malpractice cases through all phases of litigation including case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement, trials, and appeal.
He joins HBS after spending the last 8 years as a managing partner in a New Jersey law office where he prepared and implemented firm procedures and budgets and hired and oversaw attorneys and staff. Joe earned his J.D. from New York Law and holds a B.S. from St. John’s University.
Dorine Sirota is a Partner in our Red Bank, New Jersey office. She comes to HBS with extensive experience in general negligence, complex tort cases, and construction defect litigation. An accomplished trial attorney, Dorine has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney for the past fifteen years. She has been involved in numerous trials where she has obtained favorable verdicts for her clients. Dorine received her J.D. from Pace Law School and holds a B.A.from SUNY Binghamton.
Martin Sullivan is Of Counsel in our Red Bank, New Jersey office. He comes to HBS with extensive experience in the area of general liability including premises, dram shop, products, auto and trucking matters, construction cases, and municipal tort liability cases. Martin has tried cases to verdict in the state courts of New Jersey and has been involved in numerous arbitrations and mediations as well. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of the state of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Martin received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a B.S. from Rutgers University.
Matthew J. Lang is an Associate in our Red Bank, New Jersey office, where he focuses his practice on complex construction and general liability matters. Matthew has represented clients in all stages of litigation from initial pleadings through appeals, including expert and fact discovery, and motion practice. Matthew has also represented clients in immigration and criminal defense matters before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and New Jersey State Courts, respectively.
Matthew earned his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Monmouth University. He also earned his LL.M. in Transnational Crime and Justice from the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute, based in Turin, Italy (in conjunction with the University for Peace, San Jose, Costa Rica).
