Hall Booth Smith, P.C. – Relocating and Expanding in Downtown Nashville
NASHVILLE – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to announce that on April 1, 2014, it will move its Nashville office to the Fifth Third Center in downtown Nashville. The new offices will occupy the 29th and 30th floors, encompassing a total of 14,367 square feet, including three large conference rooms and state-of-the-art technology. HBS’s relocation and expansion demonstrate the firm’s commitment to Nashville and will enable the firm to better meet market demand for legal services.

HBS’s Nashville office, established in 2002 and Co-managed by Karl Braun and James Looper, serves clients throughout the state of Tennessee and is the base for the firm’s entertainment industry practice. Starting with just two attorneys and growing to 11, the Nashville team handles a wide variety of matters for clients, including healthcare, medical malpractice, long-term care, family law, construction, transportation, general liability, and of course, intellectual property and entertainment-related matters.

The Fifth Third Center is located at 424 Church Street in Downtown Nashville with 31 floors; 490,276 total square feet and an underground parking structure. The building is home to Fifth Third Bank’s Nashville headquarters and Loews Hotels Shared Services headquarters; Sony/ATV, which will occupy three full floors, is set to move in before the end of the year.
