Hall Booth Smith selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces
Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces. The companies who made this list are considered to be the best companies to work for in the Atlanta metro area.
Over 1,200 companies were either nominated or asked to participate in this year’s contest by the AJC and its partner, Workplace Dynamics. Each company agreeing to participate went through a rigorous interview, survey, and evaluation process that required a response rate from employees of over 35 percent. Workplace Dynamics then surveyed 211 metro companies that agreed to participate. More than 50,000 metro workers participated in the survey. They were asked to respond to a set of statements using a seven-point Likert scale. Each statement was tested to ensure a high correlation with how metro employees rate their workplaces. This was calculated by correlating the statement responses to a control question that asked each employee to rate his or her workplace on a scale of zero to 99.
