HBS Adds Associate Hannah Yoder to Florida Office
TAMPA, FLORIDA – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is delighted to welcome Hannah Yoder as an Associate to its growing office in Tampa, Florida.
Hannah focuses her practice on representing numerous assisting living facilities and nursing homes in lawsuits alleging Chapter 429 and 400 violation of rights and negligence, as well as premises liability and general liability claims. She represents clients in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Hannah also defends physicians, nurses and other providers in medical malpractice claims including wrongful diagnosis, misdiagnosis, injury, negligent care, and other liability claims.
Hannah earned a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law with a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law and holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in English with a minor in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from University of Florida Honors Program.
