Mark Wortham featured on WAIB’s Law & Society

HBS would like to congratulate Associate Mark Wortham on his recent appearance on WAIB’s TV show, Law & Society. The episode will be focusing on the topic of long term care and will be airing in late March.

Mark is peer rated AV with Martindale Hubbell. For the past four years, Mark has concentrated on defending nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He has engaged in a wide variety of litigation including automobile and premises liability, class action defense, construction defects, products liability, and insurance coverage. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and judgment and has argued numerous cases before the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. As a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia, Mark represents the State in a variety of tort claims.
