Of Counsel Randy J. Lipkien Joins HBS Miami

HBS Miami proudly welcomes experienced Of Counsel Randy J. Lipkien, who focuses his practice in arbitration and mediation, construction, general liability, premises liability, and products liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Randy worked the past fifteen years with a national insurance defense firm, where he defended trucking companies, truck drivers, restaurant owners, shopping center owners, retail establishments, construction companies, and condominium associations in all types of lawsuits.
