Oklahoma City Welcomes Attorney Alexandra G. Ah Loy
Hall Booth Smith is pleased to welcome Partner Alexandra G. Ah Loy to its Oklahoma City office.
Allie’s Background
Alexandra “Allie” G. Ah Loy focuses her practice on health care law, correctional medicine, medical malpractice, constitutional law, general liability, appellate, and premises liability. Prior to joining HBS, she worked as a partner in two mid-size insurance defense firms, where she practiced in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, and health care law matters. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer for a health care company, where she assisted in its planned strategic growth from 44 facilities in three states to 80+ facilities across a seven-state region. After leaving her in-house position, she remains as that company’s national defense counsel across company operations.
Allie became a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional through the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law with a Certificate of Accomplishment in Legal Research Skills and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and Antitrust Law. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma with minors in French and Public Administration.
“We are thrilled to have Allie join our HBS Oklahoma City team. We believe her experience will allow her to offer different perspectives throughout her practice,” said Michael Heron, managing partner of the Oklahoma City office.
