Tate Roush Joins the Oklahoma Office of Hall Booth Smith
The HBS Oklahoma office welcomes Tate Roush as an associate, who will focus his practice in medical malpractice, correctional healthcare, and general liability defense.
Tate joins the firm having previously worked in Texas bringing his experience in transactional, real estate, probate, and construction law matters to the firm. While there he also developed expertise in the Texas parole process, representing inmates across the state before the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Additionally, Tate served as an escrow officer, closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions. While in law school, he served as a legal intern for the Attorney General of Texas in the Consumer Protection Division and the Bexar County Civil District Court in the Staff Attorney office in San Antonio, Texas.
