HBS Red Bank Welcomes Attorney John R. Petillo

Hall Booth Smith is excited to welcome Attorney John R. Petillo to its Red Bank location.

John focuses on construction, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and professional malpractice and ethics matters. Prior to joining HBS, he clerked for the Honorable David F. Bauman, P.J.Cr., with the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Criminal Division. He was also an assistant prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office where he was assigned to the Domestic Violence Unit and Adult Trial Unit. He was responsible for managing numerous criminal cases from inception through trial.
