Attorney Alivia Olinger Joins the HBS Tampa Office

The Hall Booth Smith Tampa office is excited to grow with the addition of Associate Alivia M. Olinger. Alivia will practice in the areas of health care, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, premises liability, along with arbitration and mediation.

Before joining HBS, Alivia honed her litigation skills as an associate at a national firm, and served as a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s Office for the 13th Judicial Circuit, where she assisted in jury selection and managed plea negotiations. During her undergraduate studies, she gained additional experience through internships with two local Pennsylvania firms.
