HBS Welcomes Robert T.J. McLaren as Attorney in Tampa Office

HBS is pleased to announce the addition of Robert T.J. McLaren as an associate attorney in our Tampa office. T.J. brings a wealth of experience in aging services, general liability, health care, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, premises liability, and wills, trusts, and estate planning matters.

Before joining HBS, T.J. worked at a national litigation defense firm, where he specialized in representing nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice care providers, as well as nurses and therapists. His background also includes significant experience from his internships at the Elder Abuse Division for the State Attorney Office for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit and the Elder Justice Initiative for the U.S. Department of Justice.
