Hall Booth Smith Awarded 2020 Top Workplaces Honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

For the tenth year in a row, Hall Booth Smith (HBS) has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. HBS is ranked 20th in the top 63 midsize workplaces in the Atlanta region. The companies who made this list are considered to be the best companies to work for in the Atlanta metro area.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. Nearly 3,000 companies were nominated to participate in the 2020 Top Workplaces awards, but only 150 of those enterprises were included in this year’s Top Workplaces awards. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
